We do not have that currently as you are well aware of. That is why Bush Sr. lost his job. If things were more dynamic...the FED RES would not be looking at negative interest rates. They would not have been sitting on the current rates as well.
Many years ago...I took a Tax Accounting Law course in college. When asked by me..."Where in the hell do they come up with all of this?"...the professor joked and said...."they just pop a bunch of pills, get high..and make it up as they go"
I had him for Business law as well. He was left of center....and dead on when it comes to taxes.
