Can you honestly tell us that the exact same numbers, stock market, corp profits and yes, unemployment %, achieved under a McCain/Palin Administration would NOT be trumpeted by Republicans as vindication of their policies?

In other words would a 'Republican dead cat bounce' and an accommodative Fed be you know, OK?

By the way, the 'dead cat' would have come down by now if the metaphor held true for this stock market.

Does anyone else on this board notice the 'undercurrent' of both disparagement of numbers that would be praised, if 'associated' with a Republican, and a palpable 'longing' for economic disaster to help to goose a Republican win in Nov?
