Ok.....I went out and bought an older model 4K TV (Samsung UN48JU640D non Tizen). It did not have HDCP 2.2 support and I got the error message.
I hooked up this splitter that I got from Amazon and I was able to get Ultraflix to work with the ROKU 4.
So...If you have a 4K TV without HDCP 2.2 support this splitter should work for you on the ROKU 4. At least it worked for me....
