Wishful thinking? I say the post 2/17 RCP Average will show a bump in the 'blue' line and a flattening in the 'red' line.
I think the latest Fox News spread of 5% in favor of Clinton. will become the RCP average spread, taking into account the Clinton win in NV and the impending win in SC.
