I hear they are now in the 3rd Final Review. Which IMO is a good thing. Make sure every I is dotted and T is crossed.
On a bright note for shareholders, it been acknowledged the SEC made errors while processing the paperwork against Treaty. The dark side does not understand. Their reply is it's a mistake. In reality how many more mistakes were made.
