I'm personally hoping for a partnership for ESS.
I don't like the idea that they might (speculation!!) consider spinning out the ESS to another company unless we get a big sum of cash, say 500million at least for it in return and not shares in another OTC company like they did with the diagnostic division and AVDX.
So, partner ESS or sell it but don't spin it of into another OTC shell company for shares in return.
just my 2 cents.
