I think you meant to say, "out, standing in their field", lol.
That is to say, they don't have the sense to come in out of the rain.
Or rather, perhaps they are maliciously just trying to not get this going, and just keep telling tall takes. It's amusing how many times they've said big things coming in 2 weeks, just to hear crickets 2 weeks later, and no explanation at all. And whatever they were touring is never spoken of again.
