That is sometimes true and sometimes not. The suspension of FITX could easily be a matter of one piece of paper which would satisfy the SEC in understanding what the confusion is. And I do think it is pretty simple.
If that is the case, then FITX could easily send the paperwork to the SEC and to the MM , (market maker) at the same time. If the MM has the information it needs to show all is in order, then they can begin to trade the stock again. They of course will confirm with the SEC before hand, but, again, this doesn't necessarily have to go to the grey sheets.
No one knows at this point, but, I can only hope for the best.
