The way I see it..if they are going to do as well as planned, maybe even surpass it? I think the share structure will be least of their worries. The revs alone will put this into the stratosphere. there is no stopping the momentum that has been generated by the interest and sales. with the global market penetration to be executed; This is a no brainer. Why do you think the toxic note holder is holding off. If you knew ahead of time it was going to be this good would you sell or fulfill your contractual obligation( being the note holder) knowing you are scum?
