Re: scottsmith #18821
You're trying to base the entire value of CTIX based on Prurisol, when in fact it's the least important drug in the pipeline. Reasonable people might think that it is much smarter to buy a very low-priced stock now, when there are 3 other clinical trials running, any one of which could release results BEFORE Prurisol and send the share price much higher, rather than waiting for results on Prurisol which, if good, will make the buyer pay much more for the shares.
I don't consider that to be "prudent" in any way, if an investor has done the necessary research on CTIX's pipeline and understands the potential that any ONE of these drugs has, much less 3.
Does anyone think it would be a good idea to wait until CTIX goes up hugely in seconds (or triples overnight, as DNDN did) before buying? Is it better to buy many fewer shares because you based your purchasing decision on the POSSIBILITY of trial failure for one of 4 drugs, when you have no way of knowing what the news on the other drugs will be, and when it will be released?
Balderdash.
