The latest financing is somewhat encouraging; but you have a company here that needs at least $30mm-$40mm to eliminate its financing problems and to fund its (future) vast pipeline. Maybe this bridge financing is a precursor to reaching that plateau in the near future.
I want reassurance that Magna/Dominion are no longer involved in the financing plans. More transparency will help...feel the PR is still very vague related to the selling restrictions and who is investing the new monies.
The good news; there are some new investors committed to want to see company move forward and help fund its operations.... and the company can keep its lights on for now.
