I am happy because Dustin Johns was scheduled to make a $500K investment on Monday and it appears that he didn't. At least there haven't been filings showing any such investment. If he didn't, that means that the restrictions on trading in the Leak Out Agreement lapsed on Thurs.

Sounds like this new deal contains new selling restrictions.
