1. The shareholder letter that was sent out early 2015 stated that NTEK would provide investors information in regard to their proposed business plan both short and long term. Will investors get a full explanation for the actions being taken for debt recapitalization and why it is important for the company moving forward?
“We have provided investors with information about short and long term business plans in shareholder letters, verbal and written communications from our investor relations group on a regular basis. It was never our intention to provide actual plans since they are always a work in progress and change consistently.”
