Spend some time on a board that is overrun with bashers and then tell me you are okay with it. Nothing gets done. Its gets personal, ugly, uncivil, and is not a place where civil discourse can occur between investors.
No bashers should be allowed. No exceptions.
Be critical if you must but connect those thoughts to reality and a strain of logic that we all can grasp.
And bashing does work and is effective. If it wasnt then why would these bashers do it all day long?
Bashing does, can, and will hurt companies. Young start ups that are vulnerable are an easy target. Some companies will close as the investor pool is demoralized.
