The redacted paragraph in COR v. Etrade referring to custodians:
COR Clearing respectfully requests that the Court issue an order compelling E-Trade to produce all documents in its custody, possession, or control that are responsive to COR Clearing’s Subpoena, including all communications (i.e., privileged and non- privileged) responsive to the subpoena from the following custodians: (REDACTED) and any other custodian that has information responsive to the subpoena.
I was wondering what custodian referred to in this instance, and at the time of first reading I thought it meant those entities who maintained custodial relationship of shares, such as brokers, the TA, etc. So now you've got me curious as to who those people/entities might be lol
