Re: lajet #52867
Yeah....but you have to make sure the HDMI splitter is HDCP 2.2 compliant for it to work..at least from what I have read.

I have a couple of splitters at home, but I don't know if they are compliant with the latest HDCP 2.2 protocol. I guess I will find out later.

If not, I'll just find one on Amazon. Reviews say this one works on a ROKU 4 if you don't use the 2160P 10 bit protocol. It should work for 1080 HD if Iread it correctly. It's a little pricey so I'm looking foe a cheaper one..

1.0 out of 5 starsWARNING DOES NOT SUPPORT 2160p @ 60hz YCbCr 10-bit 4:4:4
ByJakeon November 19, 2015
2160p @ 60hz is only 8-bit YCbCr 4:2:0. It will not support 4:4:4. This will not work for the Roku 4 (4400r) to get 2160p @ 60hz 10-bit 4:4:4. It does pass DTS-HD, Atmos, TrueHD (HD Audio formats). It does mimic "spoof" HDCP 2.2 if your AVR is not compliant
