Well I would THINK the answer to that is "ME" "YOU" and all the LONG TERM holders. If they want to help make it cheaper for you to buy currently say "THANK YOU"
Only way any can/should take issue with my post is short term flippers , not that I think you are one but CTIX like most BIO's has quite periods like now.
