One of the best ways to get an answer is to ask the question. I learned that in my 9th grade science class. So, I sent a note to United Ring & Seal Inc, yesterday at the suggestion of George Coates, asking if they could expedite the delivery of the compression seals that were supposed to be delivered long ago. (George had previously told me they were installing new equipment in their shop.) Their response:
"We are making these parts now and expect to have some completed at the end of next week or early the following week. Coates has kept us informed of the urgency of the situation but we have been affected by conditions outside of our control. We originally promised to have them completed at the end of January and are doing everything we can to expedite the process."
Sincerely,
