Like others have said, CEO's move around all the time. They did not have to put it in the release at all. It is just a personnel move.
I don't understand why some are so hung up on a simple employee move and make no mistake about it, a CEO is an employee. I was VP/COO of a company at one point and they did not explain anything when I went to my current company.
Having said that, RMHB looks strong and good with a bright future...GO RMHB!!
