Fidelity transferred my 401K withdrawal by putting the money in an individual reporting account to the IRS every Year.
At no cost!
I should have told them just to transfer the money into my new individual account and then waited until NTEK dropped some more in share price and then used the money to repurchase NTEK at a much lower price.
