The post you're referring to is just a long way of saying "we failed due to incompetence and/or bad technical condition of the aircraft".

Very sad, as I lost a big chunk of money in this due to my own naivety, as have many of us here.

I'd say i hope for the best, but really I don't believe in a positive outcome at this point.
