Bill turn in your resignation. You owe that much to shareholders. Let an honest and trustworthy businessman run TPAC. Give TPAC a chance to thrive. TPAC has the certification's and the facility. Now hand it over to someone who knows what the hell they are doing.
Also pay for a Accountant so filings are not screwed up anymore. Maybe you take over Public Relations because you love to tweet and read message boards.

No one has told me to stop posting. Im doing it out of respect for the shareholders Bill has screwed over. I made my point and took appropriate actions. Now its time Bill steps down or TPAC will suffer even more from his lies.
