Well, this isn't my first rodeo. Scams like PTOI are ubiquitous and are literally crimes in progress. It's hard for me to just walk away. Until PTOI retracts its claims of $10/bbl diesel/oil worth WTI-$3, it's continuing to dupe investors and simply no longer making those claims doesn't make everything right.
The other part is because I have a morbid curiosity in how these scams unfold and I'm always baffled how so many investors can still believe in a company which continuously lies to them. Investors give complete trust and autonomy to the company to spend their money as they see fit...and the insiders routinely show investors how much they shouldn't be trusted with anyone's money. It doesn't make sense to me.
Maybe some investors feel locked in or maybe investors kowtow to Mr. Heddle because they feel Mr. Heddle will otherwise pull the plug and make their remaining money instantly vanish. I would love to sit down with a victim and see what their thoughts are.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
