This is going to come off negative but wth here goes.... Why is this Win guy an asset?? He's in antiques and real estate. Nowhere in his background is there any beverage industry anything? Why is he being placed on the board? Does he own a specific amount of shares? Successful business man yes, contacts in this field, no.
There are questions I would like answers for when Jerry gets back.

My sincere hope is Tom goes back to Snapple and we hear of some sort of 51% buyout in the near future.
