Might turn out those who funded the last so-called filing costs with the purchase of shares; might have wanted to use those funds to start a class action lawsuit against the past BOD and possibly others. If the purchase of shares comes up again and I highly doubt it will; I would consider my money going towards legal recourse. If for nothing else, just to aggravate the piss out of them just as they have aggravated the piss out of shareholders!
