Has this "spuddud guy ever posted anything to indicate he knows anything about reading 10Q's and K's?
Even the most cursory glance should inform a reader that BILL=TPAC. It makes no sense to call for his resignation. There is no TPAC without BILL. I don't know Bill and I have already said I know next to nothing about trading.
However, I am an accountant and I know how to read a 10 Q and a 10K. TPAC has only one officer.
I figured when I decided to buy that I was taking my chance on THAT officer. I'm not taking a risk on TPAC, I'm taking my risk based on my assessment, that I think that THIS CEO, mistakes notwithstanding, knows what he is doing.
The only issues I've were slightly aggressive timelines and timid flippers.
Patients will pay IMO
