Calm before the storm. Needs a good catalyst to move. IMO, we need the news on the J/V that has been awaiting 3rd party approval for some time, or news about the possible new revenue stream Bill said he'd know about around the 22nd. I don't think release of the Boeing presentation will do much for movement, unless the masses misinterpret it as having already been presented. Of course, a bombshell about Projen, etc. would be TREMENDOUS!
