Agreed. I saw the CEO of Apple on Charlie Rose. He said that the encryption is meant to protect everyone's email, texts, pictures of their families.

They did not build a 'back door' into the phone because anyone could then 'get in'.

Maybe we could require that Apple do background checks? No product can be sold to anyone on the 'terrorist watch list' LOL!
