Timken is a manufacturer of bearings based in the US. The two companies are affiliated in that Timken had submitted a $10k purchase order well before TPAC was able to begin revenue producing activities. This occurred almost a year ago. The relatively small PO was eventually canceled, which turned out to be but a minor speed bump in our path to success.
