Aqua Power, LLC, Looks like their stock tanked in September 2015. Could this be two sinking ships throwing each other a life line? It takes energy to generate hydrogen from water. It's not that hard to do. Drop a 9 volt battery into a saline solution and hydrogen bubbles will form on the negative electrode. Byproducts include chlorine gas and some other undesirable stuff. We did it in high school physics in 1959. (didn't have a 9 volt battery, we used a couple of dry cells in series and a couple of copper plates as electrodes) Hydrogen as a fuel is a pipe dream IMO.
