Leak Out Agreement covers 1 million for each. So 2 million total.
They have both already converted and sold 500K shares each. So that brings the total of "converted shares" that they can still sell down to 1 million (i.e., another 500K each).
They are done until March 12 after we get through the next wave of 1 million shares. Next wave starts Monday.
