Important bit from the 8-K regarding the acquisition of the on-line gaming business:
"$1,900,000 to be paid to Apollo ....being paid from the combined net profits Holdings and SeanieMac Ltd., which is also a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company."
The way I read this is huge profits and no convertible debt for the acquisition.
