Well, the mod deletions I can say this....our board is back and forth #2 & #3 most viewed. That in itself draws attention of admin....they spot check read.

How do I know this? Well, I've communicated with admin, mostly to request bannings of basher dive bombers, and recently, got emails from admin liking my post, thumbs up....ya, they read here and there.

The other thing is, if a deletion is not justified, if a mod abuses deletion authority, admin will reinstate posts, give the mod a warning to knock it off or be removed.

I've received pms by these clowns saying they reported me to admin for deleting their posts.....I reply ok fine....not a single post was reinstated.

I'm happy to see you capiche the big picture now....that's rewarding.
