Most OTC companies are dead end deals. that is why the shorts/bashers make so much money. It is easy picking for most.
With that said. a few get through and shine.
This hydrogen reactor was always a side deal. Maybe they figured out something. Dr patrick hayes has a ton of ties around the world with water and energy.
It is something to watch , maybe on the back burner ,may be not.
