COMPANY UPDATE:
Baltia's staff at Willow Run and JFK continue to work diligently towards certification and on all other general business matters. The new management team has been aggressively pursuing a reply from Washington regarding our December 16th presentation pertaining to our certification status. Our Michigan staff is working closely with the local FAA Flight Standards District Office (FSDO) at Willow Run on a daily basis. The staff also continues to produce all necessary manual and Safety Management System (SMS) revisions as required. We will keep you advised as to any decisions or progress.
