That's an interesting rebuttal to E-Trade. I wonder what how the judge is going to rule.
On the surface, it looks like COR has a point. It's odd that E-Trade didn't respond at first. However, we've all seen COR make ridiculous claims before.
On a somewhat related topic, is anyone else concerned about the "other third-parties" that COR refers to in the rebuttal? I wonder if Scottrade, Ameritrade, and others have already delivered this information?
It could just be a COR exaggeration, but it's a bit unsettling.
