Exactly...ToMbStoNE ! That would shed alot of light on just what is going on.
I don't think it is anything to be concerned about. At my age I've seen alot of business decisions regarding people and their moves into co.s and out of co's. Could be medical, could be a retirement, could be anything...The main thing at present is the fin's on Monday.
