I read the 10k, the company is going to need at least $2 million in financing this year to sustain production & marketing operations. Unless a partnership is obtained, we shareholders can almost be guaranteed convertible note financing will be on the horizon.

I believe this will test low-mid .0020's today, this will be a good time for longs to accumulate shares.
