I just watched a movie on UF for the first time in awhile. They really need to take care of the skipping and stuttering issues. Everyone blames it on their internet, but I have 50 mbs and I had to move it down to 8 mbs to get it to stop stuttering and still it would stop throughout the movie, but not as long. This is a real issue that they need to take care of if they are going to compete. Also, to newbies starting their service, there are no instructions letting them know that they can change their speed and the settings menus is hidden and unless you navigate above the first row of movies, you would not know it was there. I think these are some core problems that need to be addressed because this could really cause an issue with retention.
