Yes, the dark side does want it....if its sealed....but if not sealed....I dont think the dark side wants what is about to come if ETRADE has to show all of its records.
Ohh...Just found more info on Legent aka Cor....on a Cash Divi that shows they participated in clearing with a unregistered stock which was used as an exhibit in a SEC court case that the FBI was involved in. And the SEC didnt even know about it until after the FBI anounced itself in an active investigation.....
