Your ignorant too. His mom is a US citizen. His dad is not. Cruz was born in Canada. The US Constitution allows a natural born citizen to become the President of the United States. A natural born citizen consists of atleast one parent of a child being an American. And it also allows for any US territory outside of the homeland to be considered America for grounds as Natural Born. Read before you speak libral tv talking points. You might learn how to be important to this world and not a sheep.
