yea SB when you factor in the $2.5M A/R + the $4.6M
revs that's $7.1M which was the VERY HIGH END of
what I was Hoping for in the $5M-&7M range.

Plus just as important they even eeked out a
small NET PROFIT !!! That's just as significant
because now we know once they wipe out that
$1.3M of convertible notes which the SHL said
they have worked out to do then the Forward
Dilution should come down to a VERY MINIMUM
like they said just for Hiring key personel and things
like that.

Overall its a great report imo. It shows this Business
Model really is working.
