You should try reading the Confederate Constitution. They got it mostly right except for those few states that wanted that property thing in there(idiots). I'll give you a copy.
Seriously you should read it with regards to Congress.....they were not allowed to spend any money...a President served for six years only...and the vice president could then run...and serve.
...and by the way...I'm a southerner by birth and my family has been here since 1652....
