Umm, I'm going to go with 'no'. The FBI will present it's investigation results. If there is probable cause to indict....anyone....than the Justice Dept will make a decision.

Considering all of the publicity, DOJ would have to come up with convincing reasons not to indict.

I think it all concludes with stern talk to the State Dept RE it's email polices going back to C. Powell.

Additionally, there seems to be no company, no government agency with impregnable firewalls.

Maybe Hillary's server was no worse or.....better that State's?

It's all arguable. Unless you have Hillary Derangement Syndrome and you go to bed with visions of Hillary wearing a XXXL orange jump suit with F.D.O,C. on the back!
