I do not believe NTEK could buy back a Billion shares for a few million dollars. Once heavy buying began price would follow. I'm sure most longs (including me) would not part with any shares at such a low price, hence where would all the shares come from at such a low price? A purchase of 25 million shares would send this flying up unless spread out over time IMO.
