Yes. I guess they could announce plans to have audited fins before that but the only fins that get audited are yearly statements and for NTEK that wouldn't be until the fiscal year end. They could also go ahead and release audited fins from the previous years. That would indicate that they were probably going to have current fins audited when the time comes. What I want to see is the NTGL audit. This would indicate that they were making some progress on audits and also show that they are ready to do the distribution.
