Seems helter caught wind of this too. Can anyone offer some insight?
As of Jan 21 the OS was 2.9bil
In subsequent events it says in January 892 million were retired.
Does that mean in December we had an OS of 3.8billion? Or were these 892mil retired after the reported 2.9bill OS?
