So the downward spiral continues and I don't expect to see an end in sight. One pony mentioned that any more than a 6:1 split is basically pink sheet garbage, and I fully expect it to be at least 10:1. Of course, immediately after the split, they are going to start diluting again. There's no other point in a R/S unless they are going to start screwing us even worse than they already have. God damned sociopath bastards, completely screwing us, and not a word about what they are planning on doing. This is absolutely the last microcap I will ever invest in. I can't believe the amount of disregard that this company has had for its investors.
My wife has been telling me for months just to dump this crappy stock, and I so wanted to be able to tell her that I kept the faith with these guys, held in there (despite all the misgivings and frustration with everything from management to...well, management), and actually turned out a profit. I'm just praying that something happens...merger, an offer, anything, that allows me to not take a massive loss with these guys.
I've given up hope that my home is going to be paid off with the amount of shares I would have sold, still keeping some for dividends. The company I originally invested in, I completely expected this to happen in a five year time frame. Stock buybacks, a great new product, communication to its investors. It looked like I found the golden ticket. Now...with this company, under this management, I will feel incredibly blessed merely to be able to get out of this with a minimal loss. And to have that happen, things are going to have to do some crazy blue-sky action. Needless to say, I don't see that happening. Not with current management, maybe not ever.
