UPDATE: COMMITTEE GROUP.
Sorry for the delay.... I spoke with Dan Wong on Friday the day after the shareholder letter was released regarding the R/S. Dan spoke with NTEK and he advised me to email Jeff Foley regarding the Shareholders Committee Group plans and what we were looking to to. After reviewing the shareholders letter and speaking with several members of my group and with the one individual that wanted to loan 18 million shares, we all agreed to take a wait and hold approach for now. Reason being after speaking with Dan and reviewing the letter, we feel the NTEK now has a plan in place and ready to move on it and we did not want to delay there plans. We feel that the committee group could take some time to put together and delay matters.
It would have been nice if we were able to help NTEK reduce its shares by a billion and even follow up afterwords with a split if NTEK wanted to with there private investment plans.
I'm hoping for a 1 for 10 reverse or even lower, but I feel
we probably are looking at a 1 for 15.
