I think you are forgetting something very important. Not going to happen. All of the liberal media(which is 90% of the news outlets) seem to think Loretta Lynch is going to be the nominee. She would be a good fit given her prosecutor resume.
It's all moot in my opinion given the reality of law and interpretation of such. Anyone that deems a political affiliation has bearing on a judicial opinion would have to deem that the Superior court is null and invalid. Then again...all seem to be like animals regarding such:
